Tryout Information:

• February 17, 2025 - first official practice

• 1ST DAY OF THE SEASON - February 15th, we will be having a parent meeting at 8:30 AM in the Carson High School Library.  

 

Practice Information:

Monday - Friday 2:45 - 4:00, for new swimmers; 2:45 - 4:15 for returning swimmers. 

There are no practices on minimum days.

Aktivate registration must be complete prior to tryouts. If a student does not complete their registration at aktivate.com (formerly Register My Athlete) they will not be able to participate in tryouts.

Physicals are required every year.

Preseason:

To participate in pre-season practice, the student must have an off-season conditioning permit filled out.

​

PRESEASON - Will start on January 13th.  We will do dryland from 3-4 on Tuesdays and Swim from 2:45-4 on Thursdays. (You have to have the pre-season application turned in to the coach in order to practice.
